Brewing is a passion of mine (and has taken over a good chunk of my house). I've been brewing for about 10 years. Began accidentally with an all-grain kit (ruined it), moved on to making lots of easy apple cider, then back to brewing for life!

Thanks, it was good to see what the club was about as well as learn a little more about the upcoming events. I'll probably be in to BP tomorrow to buy ingredients and pay my dues.
Thanks, I found tonight very informative, I look forward to the future meetings and finding a project to be apart of!
Hey Gabe, i went last saturday to go pay for the class but i forgot my checkbook, so I'll make sure to pay by January 3, when it's open. I just wanted to make sure that i dont get left out because im very interested for this class. Thank you.
Hey Gabe.. great get-togehter tonight.. Good job.. I enjoyed the social tome of meeting a bunch of folks and tasting some good brews.. Gotta learn to make some cheese sometime if it's as easy as you say.. grin.
yes, there is nothing better than making cheese on a dreary day...unless of course, you are making beer. which was today's activity....
That's totally great you out the recipe index & cheese info up...I already printed out a recipe or two. fantastic! whoo hoo!
I am sending my membership tomorrow (2/16) to Nancy. I would love to go to the Jersey farm. Anyone want to carpool from Napa county (Pope Valley, Calistoga, St Helena or Napa?) Its a long drive but I will go almost anywhere to be around farm animals and people who respect and love them. Gail
I haven't made cheese for many years so I will not be bringing any this time. I will gladly bring a bottle of wine...crackers
? I hope this will be OK.
No problem-o! This looks fun. o_O
