Are you a current member of the Beerocrats?

No, but I was a member in the 80's as I remember. Still have my badge. However, I didn't really get back into brewing then due to work conflicts.

How long have you been brewing?

Just started brewing after a hiatus of maybe 45 years.. and that beer wasn't very good despite packing a punch. I'm just getting started in all LME brews and hope to learn something from that... then move on to steeping grains.. and maybe into all grain.

Great group of people who made me feel welcome. I learned by watching and I learned a number of things simply by "neighboring" with people.. I'm sure many of my "??" were idiot in nature.. but, people were gracious enough to give me their thoughts. Thanks folks.

That was fun last night! Nancy and Bob have just scheduled their cheesemaking classes for Saturdays in Jan/Feb/Mar/April. You should definitely sign up for one if you want to get started. They are good fun, and you get to see 4 diff cheeses come to life.
